Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

1. Places of login and personal data entry are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.

Hosting

1. The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator's server: home.pl
2. The hosting company keeps logs at the server level in order to ensure technical reliability. The following may be recorded:
   • resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
   • time of request arrival,
   • time of sending the response,
   • client station name – identification carried out via HTTP protocol,
   • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link),
   • information about the user's browser,
   • information about the IP address,
   • diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services via website forms,
   • information related to handling email communication directed to and sent by the Operator.

Your rights and additional information on the use of data

1. In some situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
   • hosting company on the basis of entrustment
   • authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website
   • companies providing marketing services to the Controller
2. Your personal data is processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to perform activities related to it specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed longer than 3 years.
3. You have the right to request from the Controller:
   • access to personal data concerning you,
   • rectification,
   • erasure,
   • restriction of processing,
   • and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) with regard to the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing legitimate interests carried out by the Controller, including profiling, whereby the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise or defense of claims.
5. A complaint against the actions of the Controller may be lodged with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the website.
7. Actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of direct marketing by the Controller.
8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not send it outside the European Union.

Information in forms

1. The website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if they are provided.
2. The website may store information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
3. The website, in some cases, may store information facilitating linking the data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user's email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g., to perform the process of handling a service request or commercial contact, service registration, etc.
